Typity combines connected diagrams with nested boards, Kanban, and standalone Notes. A node can open into its own board, hold formatted details and a status, connect to other nodes, or sit inside a list.

You can use it for both. Plan visually with boards and connections, track tasks in Kanban columns, and write in rich-text or plain-text Notes. Each node also has a Details area for supporting notes and images.

No. Start with one node. Open another canvas inside a topic only when it needs more room, and connect nodes only when the order matters.

Typity may help you get thoughts out of your head, make next actions visible, and return to a plan without rebuilding all of its context. It is a planning tool, not a medical tool, and it does not promise a particular outcome.

Yes. Choose a Board or Kanban, decide whether to include everything inside it, then grant view or edit access. A branch editor cannot reach content outside that branch, and a shortcut never grants access by itself.

A Pro workspace owner can invite whole-workspace editors or give someone edit access to a focused Board, Kanban, or Note. Collaborators can see live cursors, movement, connections, title changes, and pen strokes where authorized. Invited collaborators do not need Pro for ordinary editing. Encrypted Note saves require Pro on the account doing the saving.

Yes. First open the workspace online and let it finish downloading on that device. Downloaded boards and Notes can then open offline, and edits sync when you reconnect. Account actions and new downloads need a connection. Signing out or clearing browser data removes local copies, so sync pending work first.

Typity is a web app designed for current Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit-based browsers across desktop and mobile layouts. You can also install it as an app when your browser supports installation.

Yes. Online changes sync through the workspace, while opened boards keep a local copy for speed and offline use. Pending offline edits upload after reconnection, and Typity shows when a save is waiting or needs attention.

Personal Free is $0: 3 owned workspaces, 500 nodes, 100 Notes, and 100 MB of file storage per workspace. Pro adds encrypted saves, older revision access, revision restore, editing invitations, larger allowances, and priority support. It costs $10 monthly or $96 yearly ($8 per month, billed annually). Prices are in USD. Stripe handles subscriptions and cancellation.

Free includes 3 owned workspaces, each with up to 500 nodes, 100 Notes, and 100 MB of file storage. Pro allows more workspaces and up to 10,000 nodes, 10,000 Notes, and 1 GB of file storage per workspace. Both plans have safety limits of 50 nested levels, 1,000 active items per board, and 500 items per list. Going over a Free allowance does not remove existing content.

Workspaces are private by default, and you choose what to share. You can review and sign out active devices, and password accounts can use two-factor authentication with an authenticator app. See Privacy and security for the exact boundaries.

Pro accounts can encrypt and save a Note’s body in the browser with a passphrase and recovery key. Free accounts with access can unlock and read it, but need Pro to save it encrypted. Its title, placement, editor mode, sharing metadata, and ciphertext size stay readable so Typity can organize and operate the Note. This does not mean an entire workspace is end-to-end encrypted.

Account settings lets you download your account records and delete your account. The account export is not a full backup of your boards, Notes, or images. Before deleting an account, an owner must transfer or delete workspaces they own; shared history may retain your contributions and an internal identifier displayed as “Deleted user.”

Yes. Stripe’s secure customer portal handles plan changes, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation. When a subscription is scheduled to cancel, Pro access continues through the current paid period.

Signed-in users can open interactive Board Help from the board, and the public Help guide covers controls, sharing, offline work, and planning patterns in detail.

Every node has one main location, which keeps nesting and sharing predictable. You can place a shortcut elsewhere; it works like a regular node, but opening it takes you to the original destination.
